This page explains how refunds are handled for itinerary design services.


Nature of the service

This is a custom itinerary design service. Each itinerary is created specifically for your trip dates, destinations, and preferences. As a result, the service is not a physical product and does not involve returns.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if a cancellation request is made before planning work has begun. Once planning has started, payments are generally non-refundable.

Planning is considered to have begun once time has been allocated to review, structure, or draft the itinerary.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds are not typically offered once planning work has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Changes and revisions

If your plans change after work has begun, revisions are handled according to the revision terms outlined in the Terms & Conditions. A change of mind or change in travel plans does not constitute grounds for a refund.

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing using the contact page and must include the email address used for the original request. Requests are reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party services

This refund policy applies only to the itinerary design service. Any bookings you make with third-party providers are subject to their own refund and cancellation policies.
