1. Digital Products & Guides
Many Resurgence Travel products are digital downloads or online-access products. Because access may be granted immediately, refunds are generally not available once delivery or access has occurred.
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
2. Holiday Packages
Our holiday packages are planning and guidance products designed to help structure better trips.
If no access, delivery, or custom work has begun, refund requests may be considered fairly on a case-by-case basis.
3. Custom Planning Services
Where planning work is customised to your dates, travel style, or specific needs, refunds are generally not available once work has started.
Work may include reviewing your brief, researching options, structuring your itinerary, or preparing recommendations.
4. Change of Mind
Change of mind, changed travel dates, or changed personal circumstances do not automatically create refund entitlement once access or work has begun.
5. Third-Party Bookings
Hotels, tours, flights, transfers, and experiences booked with third-party providers are governed by their own refund and cancellation policies.
Resurgence Travel is not responsible for third-party refund decisions.
6. How to Request Help
If you believe a refund should be reviewed, please contact us with your order details and the email used at purchase.
