Nature of the service

This service provides custom itinerary design and travel planning advice only. It is not a guided tour, travel agency service, or booking platform.

All itineraries are designed for independent travellers who book and manage their own transport, accommodation, and activities.

Bookings and third parties

Any references to transport providers, accommodation, tours, or activities are suggestions only. Bookings are made by you directly with third parties, and their terms and conditions apply.

No responsibility is accepted for changes, cancellations, pricing, availability, or service quality provided by third parties.

Payment

Payment is requested only after your itinerary request has been reviewed and confirmed. A secure payment link will be sent by email.

Planning work begins once payment is completed.

Revisions

Each itinerary includes one structured revision round unless otherwise stated. Revisions are intended to refine the original plan, not to redesign the itinerary from scratch.

Additional revision rounds or scope changes may be offered at an additional cost.

Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided after review of your request. Timelines may vary based on trip complexity, clarification needs, and revision requests.

Changes and cancellations

Because this is a custom planning service, payments are generally non-refundable once planning work has begun.

If a cancellation is requested before planning begins, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Travel risk and responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing your own health, fitness, safety, and insurance requirements.

No liability is accepted for loss, injury, delays, or disruptions arising during travel.
