Private and Small Group Tours cancellations fees are as follows:
1. Up to 7 days before day tour will be eligible for 100 % refund or voucher for exchange up to same value.
2. 48 hours – 7 days voucher for equivalent value of day tour or 50% refund.
3. No show to 48 hours no refund on cancellation, management will have discretion to issue a voucher to the value of the trip.
COVID 19 cancellations accompanied by medical certification will receive 100 % cancellation or voucher to equivalent value.
